First, we want to reinforce our core mandate: sustainably scaling both the Phala Network and the PHA token. To achieve this, going forward the Dev Co will maintain a laser focus on pioneering technology in the highest-growth sector in the world, AI, while our entity dedicates its resources entirely to marketing, growth, and token dynamics. We are only a week into our operations, please be a little patient, but major initiatives are already in motion. Regarding Recent Token Movements: To be crystal clear, the Foundation has not sold any tokens. The recent transfers represent a standard allocation shifted to a newly engaged liquidity provider. This is a routine operational practice utilized by major foundations to support market health, and it aligns directly with the strategy outlined in our initial mandate. Unfortunately, misinterpretation's of these transfers led to unwarranted community anxiety. Currently, the Foundation manages approximately 60 million (c. $1.5M USD value) PHA tokens. As part of our long-term strategic planning, roughly half of this supply is earmarked specifically for liquidity and market-making initiatives, bringing Phala in line with the standards of similarly top-tier listed projects. The remaining tokens are reserved for marketing campaigns and ecosystem growth. These assets will be deployed strictly when there is a clear value add, if not the tokens remain securely in place. Streamlining Our Communication: Moving forward, we are shifting from ad-hoc responses to structured, semi-formal updates. This transition reflects the maturation of our business operations as we enter this next phase of growth. Because we are prioritizing execution, we cannot answer every individual question in real time. It's impossible to keep up.
